An established and growing privately owned developer are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design function from their office in Northampton.
This independent developer has been leading the way in creating beautiful new and renovated houses for over 30 years.
They are currently rebranding and have a 5 year expansion plan in place, making this an exciting time to join them.
The role Technical Manager
As a Technical Manager you will be focused on the management of design and will support the teams in the resolution of design related issues in a timely manner, ensuring there are no delays to the construction program
What you will deliver?
- Take full responsibility for the design coordination within the project.
- Liaise with the client to establish information flow
- Organise, control and manage the design team meeting with the client and their teams.
- Identify and manage risk from drawings, specifications, programme and procurement.
- Identify problems and offer solutions.
- Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
The right person:
You will be an experienced Technical Manager or Technical Coordinator and will a proven track record working for a developer.
