Project Coordinator
Overview
An established construction organisation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of roofing, construction and building projects across multiple sectors, including education, healthcare, heritage and commercial environments. The role involves close collaboration with project teams, site operatives and Health & Safety colleagues to ensure smooth project progression and high‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Administration
• Carry out day‑to‑day administrative duties, acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including arranging accommodation for site operatives and maintaining project documentation.
Project & Logistics Support
• Assist with organising and scheduling material deliveries and collections to ensure efficient project progression.
• Communicate with site teams regularly to support the smooth running of general construction and roofing activities.
Health & Safety Compliance
• Liaise with the Health & Safety team to ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are kept up to date and accurately recorded for each project.
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with on‑site operatives, project teams and office staff to support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to consistent, effective project delivery.

• Experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
