Junior Document Controller 

A rare opening for a Junior Document Controller to join an established regional contractor in Hertfordshire who operate in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and Mixed-Use sectors.

Experience in document control in the construction industry is ideal, but if you’re bright and eager to transition into this role, we welcome candidates aiming to shift careers within construction or those seeking their first role in the industry.

They work on general contracting schemes up to around £20m

The role: Junior Document Controller

Key Responsibilities 
• Process incoming and outgoing distributions of documentation.
• Ensure control and coordination of documentation and data for each project and check revision control.
• Assistance in the preparation, collation and issuing of reports and registers as required.
• Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements.
• Work in co-operation with project team members to ensure timely information flow.
• On BIM projects, ensure that all information is in a compliant format and that all drawing and document numbers are in line with BIM protocols.
• Complete full-size printing for site once a week.
• Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the project team.

Working hours 8.30 – 5 with 1 hour for lunch

You will ideally have 6 months plus experience working as a Document Controller for a construction company.
