Health and Safety Manager
Health and Safety Manager | Milton Keynes | Construction, Roofing & Facades
Salary: Circa £70,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Company car or car allowance, pension
Contract: Permanent, full-time
A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd are working with an established group of specialist contractors to recruit a Health and Safety Manager for their Milton Keynes head office.
This is a standout opportunity to lead health and safety, quality and compliance across three businesses operating in construction, roofing and facades, with a particular focus on the fast-growing facades division. You will support live sites, take ownership of the quality management system and oversee PAS 2030 and ISO compliance, while shaping how the function develops across the group.
The group includes established roofing and construction businesses alongside a fast-growing facades division delivering cladding, metal roofing and fire remediation projects. The facades business has ambitious growth plans, creating a significant opportunity for the successful Health and Safety Manager to help shape standards, systems and the team as it expands.
You will initially combine regular site visits with time at the Milton Keynes head office, working directly with the senior leadership team. There is a real opportunity to grow the Health and Safety team around you and, over time, for your role to become more office based as the function develops. This would suit an experienced Construction Health and Safety Manager who wants the authority and backing to improve standards rather than simply maintain existing systems.
