Great opportunity for an Administrator to join an established and growing Contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

They specialise in commercial projects. These include: Office fit outs, Industrial builds, and warehouses

Printing, scanning and photocopying documents
Admin support to 3 departments – M&E, Projects and General office. This will include O&M’s, meeting minutes, maintaining folders on the server and other ad-hoc jobs.
Checking and ordering stationery & PPE requirements online
Dealing with incoming calls
Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively
Ensure incoming and outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately
Ensure all meetings are booked and in each attendee’s diary. To attend the meetings as required, take minutes and issue out to all attendees. Co-ordinate meetings depending on the attendee’s required
Produce documents for the team, as required
Provide reception cover when required

Administrator Requirements:

Experience working as an Administrator
Strong communication skills
IT fluency.
Ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
