Administrator / fit-out / general contractor Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Great opportunity for an Administrator to join an established and growing Contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

They specialise in commercial projects. These include: Office fit outs, Industrial builds, and warehouses

  • PAYE Salary – £23-28,000 per annum, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, death in service.

Administrator

  • Admin support to the M & E department, helping out other departments if required.
  • You will be putting O & M’s together.
  • Maintaining folders on the server
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Ensure that all office systems and procedures are maintained efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure all meetings are booked and in each attendee’s diary. To attend the meetings as required, take minutes and issue out to all attendees.
  • Produce documents for the team, as required

Administrator Requirements:

2 years plus experience working as an Administrator
Grade C in English and Maths
IT proficient, good with Excel
You will be a team player, and will be a confident person with good communication skills.
