Overview
A specialist manufacturer and subcontractor supplying secure, high‑performance door and access systems for government and public‑sector projects is seeking an Installation Co‑ordinator. The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke door solutions used in high‑security environments and works closely with main contractors on multi‑site installation programmes. This role supports the day‑to‑day organisation of installation activities, ensuring schedules, documentation and customer communication are managed efficiently. It is a key position within a busy operational team and requires strong organisational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
• Maintain the installation whiteboard with accurate installation, planned and completion dates
• Arrange installation dates with installation teams and customers
• Co‑ordinate on site programmes and ensure all information is current
• Organise site surveys with customers and the surveying team
• Complete delivery booking forms for production
• Produce basic risk assessments and method statements
• Manage security clearances and training records
• Liaise with internal teams including Production, Contracts and Projects

Requirements
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience using bespoke IT systems such as Sage or similar
• Confident verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face to face
• Ability to complete required security clearances including BPSS, DBS and SC

• Additional training reviewed every six months
