A fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join a progressive, financially strong contractor offering clear progression to Senior Project Manager and long-term development into senior leadership.
You’ll manage commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit-out projects from tender through to completion, gaining valuable commercial and financial exposure while delivering high-quality schemes ranging from £50k to £5m.
Role Overview
- Manage the full project lifecycle from tender through to handover
- Oversee commercial, financial, and programme performance
- Lead on health & safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Deliver a variety of commercial and industrial refurbishment and fit-out schemes

What You’ll Need
- Experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Background in commercial or industrial environments
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
