The Role
- Take ownership of multiple hotel refresh and fit-out projects (average value £400k–£500k)
- Manage variations, subcontractor accounts, and cost control
- Lead pre-start meetings and liaise directly with clients
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day on site
The Right Person
- HNC or above in Construction
- 4+ years’ QS experience on fast-paced fit-out schemes
- Strong client-facing and commercial skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams confidently
